No Rights Group can stop anything especially a corrupt Government like the Comrade PNP. the GOJ did a masterful job of encouraging the common folks to look upon Environmentalist and Human Rights Activists as the enemy of progress.

So do blame the NGOs the Government have all the power and common Folks will take their side when they tell them that Brown-Skinned Uptown Folks don't care about the poor.
