Teen hires classmate to kill mom

(CNN) - Two Texas teens are in jail over a pact to commit murder. Police said Danish Moazzam Minhas, 17, agreed to pay a classmate $4,000 to kill his mother because he thought she was too strict.

Authorities responding to a 911 call, found Tabassum Kham, 43, fatally stabbed to death at her Houston home on Nov. 25.

Police said Nur J. Mohamed, 18, and the victim's son have confessed to their roles in the killing. <span style="font-weight: bold">The teen, who said he loved his mother to death, </span>now faces capital murder charges.
