A St Catherine man was sentenced to 30 days hard labour in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday, after <span style="font-weight: bold">pleading guilty to defecating in the yard of a woman with whom he had a disagreement</span>.
Charged with breaches of the National Solid Waste Management Agency Act is Oshane Foster, 21, from Bridgeport, St Catherine.
The court heard that the accused was a tenant of the complainant, and following a dispute, he was ordered to leave the premises. He is said to have relocated to a property a short distance away.

Foster, however, is said to have gone back to the complainant's property where he decided to do the disgusting act.
It was revealed in court that on the day in question the complainant was inside her house and heard strange sounds coming from a corner of the yard.
Upon investigating, she saw the accused with his pants down defecating on her lawn.
The complainant contacted the police and an investigation led to Foster's arrest.
Before handing down her sentence, Senior Resident Magistrate Marcia Dunbar-Green told the accused he committed a distasteful act.
