well , some years year later him finally get di son...Dateline pay fi jet etc so dem get di exclusive story of di turning ovah

BUT wat get me is dat even Prez Obama chimed in on the case n him US Senator was even wid him over dere in Brazil and got a BILLION DOLLA trade bill held up to coerce the Brazilian govament to get tuff wid di courts etc fi agree to sen di bwoy home

well since dem live round de way mi can seh dat de father neva give up and basically push push push; all even had foundation fi help mek dis happen.

What also helps is in the county where the father and son live there are a ton of people with means who could advocate for david goldman to help

now im a milk de media fi get fi pay the legal bills

i might have done the same thing. cant really blame him, from last year him did seh him couldnt even really work regular jobs cause the cause so time consuming (fly dung every minute and come back empty handed)

Your kid taken from you - fraudulently - being raised ina foreign country - by another man?! You're not allowed to see him and when you do it's under their rules? Madness.

I'd also fight with every weapon I had to get my kid back.

In my neck of the woods you only need to call the senators.

It is not about the boy.
because I see they held up funds for Jamaica a few years ago because some investor claimed that government change laws and cause them to loose millions.
The Jamaican government had to pay the man including intrest, before Jamaican government could get the funds.
That is how it goes.
And it happen more often than you would believe.
You wait until Jamaica to get the IMF funds.
I will wager that they will have to change the laws about Homosexuals too.

Elian Gonzales - yes.

There were some similarities yes, but an awful <span style="font-weight: bold">lot</span> of differences too. IMHO, I'd say there were a lot more differences but I get your point.

Remember, Mother and the Goldman child left the US for the mother's native country, willingly. The mother took Elian from Cuba WITHOUT telling the father that she was doing so. Plus, she was doing so in order to seek a better life. She wanted to take advantage of 'wet foot dry foot. Bush and company, amongst other things, wanted very much to use the case to stick it to Castro.

I did see them interview the pilot who flew the father and son from Brazil back to the US last month - ironically, he was the same pilot who flew Elian back to Cuba!
