Big gun find at Kingston Wharves

The police are reporting that they have seized 12 high-powered firearms and more than 700 rounds of ammunition from the Adolph Levy Warehouse in Kingston.
Operation Kingfish spokesman Sergeant Jubert Llewellyn said the seizure was made yesterday during a joint effort by security personnel.
Sergeant Llewellyn said the guns and ammunition plus 28 magazines and a telescopic lens for a sniper rifle were hidden in an air compressor.
The compressor was among a shipment declared as personal effects, which was coming from New York in the United States.
The Kingfish Spokesman says two women and a man, all of St Catherine have been held in connection with the seizure.
However Sergeant Llewellyn would not reveal their identities or say whether they are linked to any of the criminal gangs operating from St Catherine.
