Afternoon folks

went to my first pilates class today.


i managed to get thru most of the class without having to stop or modify, and then mi come home and did 30 min on the treadmill.

lawd ..hope me neva tek it too far and tomorrow mi pain up and caan walk

lunch now

Well it still is morning on my side of the globe...so good morning

I woke up 1/2 hour ago with ANOTHER blastid headache Gonna call the reflexologist and see if she can squeeze me in.

If my head gives me a break, I'm gonna clean the house.....pull out my suitcase and make a list of what I want to take.....do a little bit of work....visit the beauty supply store for some hair products...then make my way out again for an evening surprise birthday party Gonna throw the healthy eating thing to the wind and enjoy myself tonight
