How's this for discrimination?

A graphic designer/art director told me he want for an interview. The Lebanese boss said, 'yeah we like your work and everything, but the only thing is, you're Egyptian.'

To his face!

At least WE get, 'I don't think you're work is quite right/we were looking for someone more senior/junior/we haven't decided yet/we'll get back to you, etc etc.'

Imagine someone saying, in this day and age, 'yeah we like your work and everything, but the only thing is, you're black.'

Apparently, Egyptians have a reputation for being lazy. Hmmm... what an awful stereotype! Now, where have I heard that before?

Yeah, when I was interviewed by the same guy, he told <span style="font-style: italic">someone else </span>that I am the WRONG PROFILE!

Well, he has been shoved aside recently. A lot of people think he's an a-hole.
