Dumbass argument there have been many Earthquakes that have been destructive in a very localized form and it matters not whether it is man made or not because Earth movement does not operate in linear form over great distances. The design of the faults will act against itself just as much as it will amplify along a particular fault. </div></div>

We have millions of pages of data to prove that fault lines are not straight lines, therefore any movement whether man made or not would likely not reflect all across world or even within the one country.
Of course there have been events such a meteor strike, volcano or nuclear test that have remove whole or significant amounts of landmass but that in no way shape or form could be described as a simple earthquake, no matter how powerful.
