A man who I and my family has known for years.

Big man, long-time weed seller. He went to Jamaica earlier this year (I think) to set up a deal.

Got caught and the Jamaica authorities wanted to deport him to Hinglan.

He said they can't deport him because he's Jamaican (although he's probably lived in London for at least 40 years).

British authorities said fine, keep him.

He paid off who fi pay off to get out of custody, and he's now stuck in Kingston.

Like I said he's been in England for decades but was born in Jamaica, so he would have a British Passport.

But he said he doesn't want to go there/they can't deport him.

I'm pretty sure the rules change for international drug dealers.

Not true both Britain and the US have laws that allow them to revoke citizenship if it was not by birth under certain circumstances. The UK CAN exercise their right to revoke citizenship,however,it`s not that clear cut,it`s a process that have to clear quite a few legal hurdles,up to and including the european courts of human rights,......they have to have very strong reasons,and importantly,demonstrate why it is reasonable and necessary.


This is just one case currently under revue,and this guy is supposedly a raving frothing at the mouth islamic firebrand

Thanks, neutral. I know it's &quot;relatively&quot; easy to revoke citizenship in the US, but it's not surprising that it's more complicated in Europe. Otherwise, many more criminals would be stateless!
