so far 32 minutes on hold with city hall for the provincial offences office.

they owe me $160 refund for a speeding ticket i got and got quashed on an appeal.

see how they operate? they give you 3o days to pay your fine then they suspend your license,, they owe me back the money, and it been two months

which part yuh haffi go ..i was over at old city hall earlier this week ..too me 30 seconds
