LOl,...man you got things good,practically tropical weather where you are,..the hottest we`ve had it here is 8,....couple weeks ago it was up to 20 degrees below.

still havent had to shovel this winter .. hehehe..

RichD you get real snow yet? Mi know seh up where u live in Beverley Hills, Toronto unno get snow because a di elevation still..
