South Florida VS Jamaica

Hi all, as a result of this winter, I'm on the verge of packin..
Please share the pros and cons of moving to either.
Prefference. Why?
Any other thoughts.

Would idealy like input from persons having experience living in both.

A family member in Jamaica just call and tell me that him water lock off for 5 days straight, and that his area only get water twice for the week.

U could put up with stuff like that and be ok?

I just got off the phone with a freind visiting in st. andrew.
he said that to get a decent shower, he had to use a teaspoon to catch the water coming out of the shower head and throw in on himself

Your friend doesnt sound very smart,why didnt he catch the water in a pan and have a bath instead,he sounds two slices of bread short of a full sandwich.

there are many drawbacks and many positive attributes to living in Ja, to each his own, some ppl in Jamaica would never leave Ja, to live a farrin??
