The snow banks are causing whole heapa problems and hazards down here. One guy just got killed yesterday cause im was walking in the street cause there is no sidewalk an cyar lick im dung. I even witnessed an accident wey wan man couden si ove di High snow bank an inched out ina di intersection an wan SUV broadside im. Im neva saw im coming.

So wi need dese Snow Dragons fi turn di snow into wata . ..cause at dis rate of 40 degree temps dis snow naah goh noh wey til bout August .

In normal cities, Snow clearing is not usually a part of the budget.
Usually th ecities budget about 10% of the estimaned snow budget.
But they is usually much less.
Since they know that the state will cover rhe rest.

It is paid for by the state. Understood but the need for the Snow Dragons is not as a result of low budget funds per se. The need is driven by the hazards that the snow banks are creating in the cities.

The amount of snow is unusual for this area and we nat getting much hep from Mother nature in the area of melting, hence they needed another solution.

Eleanor Holmes Norton Introduced in Senate District of Columbia House Voting Rights Act and it was passed by the United States Senate.

If the House passes it as well and President Barack Obama signs it, representative from the District would be entitled to full voting rights.

They have a democratic control of the house. What are they waiting for? To loose it like they are doing with the health care bill?
As for the health care bill.
In Mass, we have health Insurance laws, masquerading as health care laws.
every resident bylaw are bounded to buy health insurance,but they insurance companies are free to raise their rates as they like.
Even companies that employ 500 people stop offering health insurance to workers since then.
They all have to buy their own insurance since the new laws.
So ..
