They have actually be very consistent in criczing Sea World and other Animal Exhibit, but Rights Groups cannot do anything but protests, except where there is a viloation that can be challenged in the courts.
Rights groups and individuals can beat up their collective gums all they want but if the things they are protesting is not illegal or is popular it very likely that the show will go on.
Of course there are certain Rights Groups that are more interdictory but they run the risks of getting the terrorist label stuck on them and being hunted in the streets like rabid dogs.
