idon't know why they're protected. sure they're pretty, but like JKid said, the mess is unbearable. and it's not like they're endangered. i like to see them walking with the little goslings. so cute. yeh, they can be aggressive.

goose is very fatty. you have to cook it so the fat drips into an underpan and the fowl is raised high up over where it's being cooked.
