Thanks for sharing Rich - totally right on all counts - and there's more even.

But going back to 1960, I can't more than 2 cases where any of these were applied to a naturalized us citizen trying to re enter.

As I was saying earlier, the chances of a us naturalized citizen being denied re-entry is miniscule. Literally millions of nat citz do so every year. <span style="font-weight: bold">Even</span> those us nat citz with a criminal back ground.

My <span style="font-weight: bold">own personal opinion and experience</span>, is that it's highly unlikely that a nat us citz would be denied re entry. In fact, I think uncle sam would even WANT you to come back in JUST so they could put the cuffs on you.

Also Rich - most, if not all of these are not applicable to the matter of, When Will A US Naturalized US Cit Denied Re Entry To The Country.

ie, If you’re convicted of treason, yes, you lose your citizenship. Not only are you going to the clink, if by chance you leave the US and try to come back, you would not be re-entering as a us citizen so you’re not being denied re entry as a us citizen.

People that have open cases can be taken in at anytime. Di case is open. But a person who was convicted of a crime, serve dem time and go bout dem business, they have paid the US society dem debt. But said time, USA don't want dem back inna di country.

Most people who have 'history' know dat if dem leave is a big chance dem tekking. So, dem nuh leff di area. Pretty much common knowledge.

A dat mi hear tuh; once you had a previous conviction, you are game...di ongle time annuh suh is if you were a juvenile when yuh incurred di record....an it sealed.

I wonder if it's common knowledge that one's record is searched before they grant Naturalization status.
