Any one remember the name of the African country that was giving free citizen and land to African American.

I really want to relocate from USA and would like to explore all options.

Do you know any one who has accepted the offer? I want to know the criteria and especially safety.

I think all African country should make such an offer, since we were all displaced by slavery.

Israel allows all Jews back to the homeland. Of course, with more restriction for the black Jews such as Ethiopians.

I also beleive that the Ivory coast offered land to the Haitians...
