BB fall off scooter..ER till early friday morning, for X rays, to determine that jaw not fractured or broken.

liquid diet for 10 days, then back to dentist for consult when swelling gone down

funny that my father remembered that I had a similar accident on the same day of the week.

this parent thing nuh easy u nuh

hope he heals real quick! how old is he?

You're dead right about it not being easy, specially if you are a single mama
no daddy, no help, no alimony , no even in the same country, I said long time ago.....
but I have a wonderful family to help out!

final school exams coming up in May, poor kid at school today, and every saturday till then. Suits me fine, otherwise he just lies in bed till 2!!

It's now past 5.30 pm and I am going out for dinner with girlfriends, great, don't have to cook (he's making his own fajitas ) and I can come looking like a dish rag and they will still be happy to see me

Oh, yea, difficult age, that kind of in-between age.....no longer a &quot;kid&quot;, and just before puberty hits....

Yea, and not a minor injury that! Poor kid. Well, he can cuddle up in bed and watch dvd's....
and sleep lots, always a very healing thing to do.
Camomile tea with honey would be good for him, soothing for the jaw. Camomile tea relaxes.

If you have a piece of amethyst in the house - or can beg, borrow or buy - put it next to his bed on the night table. It promotes restful sleep and transforms negative states.
