overtime build a revenue source that allows you to enjoy Canadiana Aprils(ish)to November(ish) then escape to your condo in Floria for a couple months.

Bear inmind that while many hype about the weather, this last winter (for example) was noting compared to what our friends down south suffered. If you still have youth and drive, not disillusional that this is a bed a rose, willing to do some grunt work, then Canada could be a viable option. But remember its a entire country, suh it depens alot on where u decide to eke out your likkle Kingdom.
Now while u mention Toronto, bear inmind there are some places there you'd want to avoid..
Also, Brampton may come up, but as u mention that u plan on having kids, that should be a No-No..
Also avoid Rexdale, Malton, Scarboro and a few other yard faves..

Laidback easy going lifestyle....scenery we have everything.....

Ocean, rivers, waterfall, wildlife (animals) and the other wildlife party, clubbing thought I would make that crystal clear

If you are a nature buff just a short drive to see the whales a hopping, watch bears in their natural habitat.

Where I am everyone watches out for you,call you dearie even though me juss call dem fass, family dont have to phone me dem tep outside an sumaddie will say I jus saw stormmie over there cho love them tho

Where else you can get a speeding ticket and appeal to the heart of the Cops to not give you the ticket...<span style="font-style: italic">you know how sometime because the car fast you doan realize sey yu speeding </span>

Where you live is considered country, on the edge of the forest but just half-hour drive into the city and the night life, shopping etc.

If you have a skill or profession jobs are here

In general if people dont see you come to town for couple days they start enquiring if something is wrong. Saved a woman life couple years ago when she fell into a coma at home she lived alone.

They still have welcoming committee for newcomers out here.

The one little jamaican/Trinadadian eatery in town is always busy me cannot even get a likkle bly to get me likkle oxtail dinna seeing that is me first did discover it when people was saying oh I do not like spicy food. A mean comeon is me did tell dem that tone dung the Scotch Bonnie peppa

You know the funny thing is that I have not really formed any expectations except that I think it's calmer. Not just calm in a small town way as anybody who has lived in a small town can tell you, they can maintain more drama and stress than Broadway. But I think I may like the vibe.

All love out here!! nothing negative about the few jamaicans in my town. The only tension out here is with the aboriginals I get along with them fine, I learned early in life not to label people treat everyone with dignity and the ones you cant just stay the hell/ignore them even in <span style="font-weight: bold">cyber world</span> life too short.

I did miss your post about the peaceful and calm morning you had like something out of the 50s.

Also, I think &quot;revenue stream&quot; from the other post might be the area of confusion. Does this mean start your own business which you could really do anywhere or does it mean the same company you left in April would welcome you back in the fall?

I think I'd flip the time off to Florida to the winter months and be home during the spring and summer. This year had the most brutal winter (at least in Georgia) in 110 years. It was an anomaly that I don't expect will occur again soon. I love having seasons, but I prefer the mild southern winters.
