So this trial is still going on with the Jury unable to reach a verdict.....guess having a video does no good.....

Blu I know you might get a kick out of this one, but I don't I think it's sad. You all might also need to know that Duanna Johnson was mysteriously murdered before this went to trial....no clues,no arrests.

5:00 news says they are headed toward being a hung jury....I just don't get it.

Verdict just in ...hung jury....prosecution requesting to meet with judge to request a new trial. The jury says that they could not rule since the video had no audio.....I guess they figure he/she said something to the nice officer that required a beating about the head with handcuff wrapped around his knuckles.

....and in the meantime is anyone interested in finding out who killed Duanna??

....and he probably &quot;arranged&quot; that little murder too.

So here's the officer in question, all smiles and holding the biggest bible I have ever seen, after his hung jury 11-1 in favor of conviction...one lone hold out made the difference

I learned yesterday during coverage of this case that two or three other of these folks have been murdered here, and NONE of those cases have been solved (though our police force has a 90% solve rate on homicides). The gay and lesbian community speculates that our police force does not CARE to solve these murders or aggressively invetigate them. They are all now on the cold case file floor... I find this sad.

These cops knocked him or her off.. We had an incident with a white cop in memphis when I was visiting.. He wouldn't even take a report. My friend was assaulted, whom is black.. So, I know for a fact there is discrimination at the 201!!

Yep you know...FYI, a NEW trial date has been set on this case, and still no clues as to who murdered him/ her or the other three or so.
