I seem to remember when she got out of prison (3 or 4 years ago?) her mother was visiting her in Montreal... then she got her name changed and got a passport and moved to one of the islands with her new beau.

Remember hearing that her and Paul briefly considered living in Brampton or the GTA but quickly dismissed it after noting that 'there were too many immigrants living there'...

Now she's likely living 'normally and peacefully' in an area surrounded by these people... and she's the immigrant... the irony...

i don't think so ...like any other convicted felon who has served their time she will be eligible to apply for a pardon since 5 years have passed since she was released...hardly likely that she would get one given the high profile and public sentiment surrounding this crime.

they like to bring out stuff like this to spark huge moral outrage

One might think so, however, with the weak criteria policy currently in place, she could very likely get one.
