So what unno think??? Do you think this Memphis college student deserves a potential 50 years sentence for hacking into Sarah Palin's email????



Altogether they charged him with 4 felony counts in this case.

I mean what could really be in her email, some whale jokes, recipe for moose roast

As for Palin. She sure as hell showed her Christian principles in court, didn't she? How about someone standing up in court and reminding Our Lady of Wasilla about a young virgin who broke into someone’s home for the purposes of underage drinking, destruction of personal property and premarital fornication? Oh you haven't heard about this? My bad. I could be wrong since a hush-hush meeting or two between the Palin monarchy and the police department seems to have made the “consequences for bad behavior” go away for her daughter. I guess Jesus really does love her best.

I support mostly everything that has been said in here.

Yes, I'd be upset if some figured out my password and went in my email. Yes, the punishment is excessive. Yes, they are making an example of him. Yes, he probably would have gotten less time if just went ahead and he just offed her.

They should keep that last statement in mind while trying to send this message to scare folks into not breaking in email.

Now that's a worse crime to me.

I must need to look back at the incident because there was a lot going on then. The only thing the boy did was go into her account, correct? Did he try to blackmail her or the Repubs or something?
