Gabriel Aubry has ended his relationship with Halle Berry. The couple had a 9-year age difference. Perhaps Aubry wasn't yet ready to settle down forever. Halley and Gabriel have now been living apart for the past few
months.
Relationships End for So Many Reasons
Gabriel is from Canada. Perhaps he wants to spend more time there. In the agreement he asked to keep the house they own together in Canada, reports Radar Online. Halle put down the deposit on the house, but Gabriel has made the monthly payments.
Gabriel and Halle seemed happy together. Their relationship was calm; there weren't any photos of them fighting or looking upset.
Child Custody Issues for Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubrey
Halle and Gabriel have a two-year-old daughter, Nahla. An agreement has been made to have a 50/50 arrangement for custody of their child.
While this arrangement is amicable and fair, surely Halle is distraught that she will now only have her daughter with her 50% of the time. If the split was unexpected this must be a tremendous shock to her.
Nahla will have a huge adjustment to make to her daily life. When a relationship ends it is always tough for any children involved.
Gabriel Aubrey Does Not Seek Financial Payout
It is reported that Aubrey did not ask for a financial payout from Halle. He is a model with a high salary; of course it did not match that of Halle's salary for acting.
So luckily for Halle, there will not be a drawn out fight over finances. That makes ending a relationship ever more difficult.
