just as I had a incling that just maybe this oil slick disaster may have been a act of domestic/economic sabotague, the word is thad Haliburton contractors were carrying out a procedure on the ill fated oil rig at the time of the disister.. a proceduire that is known to be very tedious and if not done properly can cause "issues"...
