Lawyers representing the two men held on Tuesday in a major operation by members of the Organised Crime Investigation Division (OCID), in Beverly Hill, St. Andrew, on Friday filed a writ in court demanding that the men be brought before the court.
Businessman Jason Kong, 50 and Yun Seng Xhang, 30 were charged with breaches of the Trademark Act and the Excise Duty Control Act.
However, they have not yet been brought before the court.
In court on Friday, defence attorney Bert Samuels filed the writ and asked that his clients be taken before the court on Monday.
