he drives a public transit bus for the Toronto Transit Commission.

a passenger just spit in his face as he was getting off the bus
my friend says he threw on the brakes and chased him...the guy ran through York University and jumped a wall. on the other side of the wall was a 12 ft drop and the guy get busted up not realizing that it was such a drop
now my friend at the hospital getting test done for communicable disease

my friend got up to lift the handicap seat for a guy who got on in a wheelchair and asked this guy if he could find another seat as the seat he was seated in was a fold up so they could lock in the wheelchair and the guy went on like a douche bag.
he basically refused to move seats. he finally moved, but when he got off @ York U, he leaned over the fare box and spit in my friend face.

my friend said he saw red and gave chase.
and hes lucky he dropped twelve feet and get busted up cuz my friend never had to lay a finger.
and my friend wasready to lay the boots on him

the way my friend describe it the wall was maybe 5 feet high he jumped over it but it went down like another 6 and the guy smacked into the pavement beside a garbage bin. he said the guy was moaning on the ground then security got him.

the ambulance put him in a neckbrace and put him on a backboard and the coppers cuffed him

working for the ttc is a very thankless job.

while he did what any normal human being would do (going after the person that spat in his face), the hypocritical TTC management may charge him for leaving his &quot;Equipment&quot; unattended.

A TTC bredrn a mine just got off extended leave for the same thing. Someone spat in his face at Yonge/bloor station (he's subway) he jumped out the window caught the guy and broke his nose.
My friend got charged for leaving his equipment unattended (fortunately he didnt get charged for assault)
