there's thick and there's tuff

she tuff </div></div>
That is the eventual effects of long term use of diet and exercise to maintain normal physique.
It is also extra ordinarily taxing on the system too.

You would loose on That one.

After years of doing the rollercoaster of punishing exercises and abnormal dieting habits, my wife got annoid of my badgering her about the futillity of it.

And for the last 10 years have maintained an acceptable physique,meaning no flab.
no hard muscular look either.

As a matter of fact she has been accidentally become one of my client recruiting tools.

I have treated so many weight loss cases as a result of their queries about her physique.

Do you loose on that one.

And I would Never recommended any intervention that I don't have positive experience with the outcomes.

Especially since the majority of my areas of practice involves developing improved process to achieve resolution where it us normally considered incurable.

Yes many of what I write here you will see in practice much later.
Many years later in some case,but You definately see them in everyday practice as They become widely accepted.
Incidentally.

I like to see the 'fit' looking women,but as athletes.

If they achieve it in their athletic endeavor, that's OK.

But not in the process of physical maintenance.
