Where is the conflict Of interest?
Senators are not paid positions .
They are given A stipend.
As a result the are expected to carry on their regular business like regular citizens.
Just recently a government senator represented an opposition Senator.
A week before the Senator That defende the other in court was suspended from the senate by the Senator he successfully defended the week before.
Would That be a conflict in your books??
