Kia the TV station caught up with him a little later and asked him if he remembered the incident and if he was "sorry". It was just like talking to a different person, he was pretty clear and apologetic. Then he just basically said he has trouble with alcohol and drugs and mental problems. It was really kind of sad, but he has become sort of a celebrity here, and You better have 2 dollars is a big phrase around town now.
