suh mi just dun wax some stew peas (yeah mi know it late but couldnt resist)
Mi dab on some bottle pepper mi got at the west indian grocey this weekend.. The label is "Island Tingle" Crushed scotch bonnette "Jamaican" .

Suh mi decide fi check the ingredients.. it has something called "sodium metabisulphite" and its qualified with what seems to be a disclaimed saying "...used to maintain color".
Suh now being curious mi goggle it..
