What exactly is wrong with him? I know he's short and always looked old for his age, but I seem to recall some sort of kidney problem. Does he have some other health issues?

He was born with a kidney abnormality That result is his dwarfism.
And his disease has progesssed to end stage kidney disease fir sometime.
That along with other health complications
