I was wondering why his lawyer would let him do that, and guess why, looks like if he spends any time at all he may be out before 30 at this rate.Comment

First off Stephany is a Lesbian, so her interest in Joran would not be sexual. They had spent a lot of time at the table gamblimg, I think they more or less turned into good free wheeling rich kid buddies during those hours.
Seondly his story about her and the computer and his "privacy" I don't buy. Remember his lawyer was present as his "confession". They had throughly researched the law. If he could eestablish "rage and heat of anger", the Peruvians take that into account....more sentence reductions.
Now on the other hand if, just if now, he killed her because she was resisiting his sexual advances, as in the commission of rape, on someone who CLEARLY was not interested in sex with a man ( and you know there are some men who get off on Lesbo sex, wanna "turn them around"
, then that would be a different charge. Now remember this girl was found with her pants off, underwear on only and on her period. I guess she started to take her clothes off to drink coffee and look at his computer. 
His story NUH add up.....but he has ALL of the elements for sentence reduction

Smoked weed for two days..sentence reduced
cooperate with hotel reneactment..sentence reduced
day for day good behavior...sentence reduced 50%
Eligible for parole when 30% of sentence is served
I say Merica better get the extortian thing ready and have the sheriff AT the door with the warrant and extradition order the day he gets out, Peru is basically gonna let him get off light.Comment

As far as I am concerned, Stephany's blood is on the hands of the US FBI.....they give this dude 24,000.00 of MY tax money as bait, have him on tape with the terms, accepting the money, and the wire transfer (which carries more federal charges), then LET HIM GET AWAY TO PERU, where he uses my tax money to fund a murder. She would still be alive if they had done what they SHOULD have done.Comment

So it seems in Peru while you are awaiting trial you don't get to stay in the Mickey Mouse Club, your [censored] goes to prison, where some others are awaiting trial, and some others are already convicted. So Joran Van der Slops lawyer says he "fears for his safety"
So the warden says not to worry, he will ensure that he is placed with only "low level offenders". My question is......who is going to protect the low level offenders from this psycho?????

ARe they sure they have the right person in custody, because this guy might be lying about being Joran. The toxicology report came back. Because he knew that being under the influence of something is considered a mitigating circumstance in Peru, Joran said he had been popping pills, doing coke, and had been smoking weed for 3 days prior to the ,murder. Under Peruvian law this would reduce his sentence as I guess he couldn't quite "help himself." However, the toxicology report showed NO DRUGS in his system.....gee how about that , he LIED. Just being the [censored] hole he is was enough for him to kill.
