Unnu ready.

There are certain document which a divorce doesn't negate and a health care proxy or any other documents along those lines, as well as insurance policies and other beneficiary designation docs are some of them.

I always implore ppl when they are inlove to look past the obvious emotions stirring in their groin area before making these decisions as to who has final say in these detrimental times.

He divorced her but he never changed the proxy which gave her legal right to do what she wants with his body. The divorce prohibits her from getting the automatic share of his estate if Utah, like NY and some other states, mandates that a spouse gets. yeah you read me right. In some states you cannot write your spouse out of your will.

I hope many ppl learn from this because he wd have been kept alive until his friend made the ultimate decision which is what I beleive he wd have wanted.

I doubt he wanted the woman who si suffering from seizures who was starving all day and waited for him to get home and ask him to make some food then he slips in the kitchen... I'm not sayin it's a set up but what's that they say if it looks and barks like a dog it's prolly a ___________ to be making this decision. Now let's see if he cancelled any insurance policies since the divorce doesn't negate those.

Various media outlets were recently approached to purchase a set of four images featuring Coleman hooked up to a ventilation machine in the moments before he died.

In one shot, the former child star is said to already be dead after he was taken off his life support machine.

The sick pictures have been snapped up by the editors of an unidentified tabloid in a five-figure deal, although the image of a deceased Coleman was not included in the sale, reports TMZ.com.

The website claims Price is the person responsible for organizing the photo session after hiring a production company to take the pictures and conduct an interview with her shortly after Coleman's death.

A memorial service for the actor was due to be held in Sandy, Utah over the weekend but plans were scrapped at the last minute following a dispute between Price and Coleman's estranged parents, who want to take his remains home to Illinois.

Dion Mial, Coleman's former manager and executor of the actor's estate, has confirmed the former child star will now be cremated, although further details have yet to be established.&quot;

by hollywood standards but he has a few dollars, like ten or 15 bucks maybe, he had to have something his house is worth ovr 300K, how was he making payments? Anyway I hope he was smart enough to change insurance policies cuz I don't trust this lil wench. I don't have a lot of money however, I do want my remains to be handled in a way that suits me therefore certain ppl will never have the opportunity even see my dead body, many ppl mistakenly think that because they r not rich they don't need to have a proxy in place. Think of the heartache you will cause your loved ones if someone decides to show their true colors and decide what to do with your obdy.

you can't truly know ppl i know a woman who from she bury her hsuband neva went bk to the grave side poor man is in thorns, if he had given his family rights to his body he'd be buried soemwhere where they cd visit him and clean out his grave.

Agreed Ms M....somethin smells foul but maybe by UTAH standards they found no reasons to investigate further...I smell a black/white issue myself....but that's just me

Hell I thought the man was on the topa top rung of a TALL ladder doing some painting or changing one of those vaulted ceiling light bulbs, or hanging drapes or something for a fall to take out the whole back of his head....dem miss the bloody baseball bat or skillet on the kitchen floor?????
