i am taking time to see the beauty in things rather than needing to buy them...mek mi see if mi can explain

juss brushing the dogs an seeing how dem react...how dem yeyes roll ovah wen mi rub dem tummies

lissening to mi music

going out an getting a cup of coffee

walking thru a store an looking widdout buying

using some of the things mi accumulate ovah di years rada dan going to buy more tings

allowing mi locs to go grey...always thought i would hate going grey but i am embracing it as i find dat some mornings i am the deadstamp of mi modda...she use to wear har hair in a bun because it was long but wispy an she greyed around the hairline...now i am doing dat


i can truthfully say that i am at peace wid miself in a way i have not been fi years

whe bout oonoo....any changes in how u view u life

how u can live a Canada n no ha peace...di place is soo laid bak dat i find i dont worry bout weh mi use fi worry bout down south...

di biggest worry is wedda fi ha mi expresso at Starbucks r di English toffee at Tim Horton's...i discovered dat one at TH whe morning cause dem open 24hrs an di ongle place mi could get coffee early....since den, despite di calories mi going bak fi dat English toffee

I like half English Toffee/half black coffee. Not as sweet and still taste nice.
