I. Jamaica those infants are fettered to as "ripe ".
That's all.
What usually happen is the majority of the parents discourage it, or atleast redirect it by not drawing attention to it.Comment

Cool Operative word here is IN JAMAICA... until some Brazilians weigh in on this being too early for the kids ot be dancing like this and I find out if it is frowned on or not, I'd hold judgement. However, I am sure like in most cultures, upper crust Braziliams woud find it crass, while the people poeple would think it's cute.Comment

when i said , "too ripe" , I meant it to be cute . I see nothing lewd about the behaviour. I thought it was cute! Sometimes 2 words don't convey the intention of your words! Sometimes, neither does 100 words..! *sigh*

Light hearted admiration our way into depravity.
Those were the steps Jamaica took.
Baby steps literally to the point Where the crass and lewd behavior
are recorded and broadcasted over the internet today as acceptable forms of entertainment.
It all started with admiring adults towards socially unacceptable
behavior of innocent children.
Look where we have come to!!
