Lets face it, judgeing by the kind of crime fighting methods they currently employ, they may as well ask the bad men nicely if they mind handing themselves in.
The usual crime solving technique usually involve going into a community guns blazing,or baxing up and kicking dung anyone who remotely look bad,look poor,or happen to live in a poverty stricken community.
