I found free WiFi at even the little road side jerk shops. So me just use skype to make phone calls every where. Most phones has WiFi so you don't use your minutes. I have an ipod touch with skype already installed.
Digecell is a rip off, it's $10 per minute. Me put $200 and digecell incoming CS call seems to use it all.
I suggest every1 coming to JA bring a phone with WiFi capability and use Skype, it will save tons of money. For a few cents you can call LAN line and cell phone worldwide.
