Lindsay Lohan is going to jail, after Beverly Hills Judge Marsha Revel sentenced the sobbing actress to 90 days for breaking the terms of her parole for driving while intoxicated.

This is a sad, new low for a 24-year-old "Hollywood wild child" who, as a "squeaky-clean" 12-year-old ingenue, pledged she was "going to stay normal," says Bill Hutchison in the New York Daily News.

It's hard to say if she deserves to go to jail, says Reuters film critic Bill Tourtellote, since she clearly fell off the wagon but also did just about "everything Judge Revel ordered her to do."

Others may take "voyeuristic pleasure" in watching her melt down, or piddle away her "tremendous talent," says David Wild in The Huffington Post, "but I'm still rooting for her to pull a Robert Downey Jr. and come back stronger than ever."

i suppose for her own good, but i dont think a judge have no right to do this,

personally, i dont follow these things, but this to me, is not right, she never do anyting criminal???

to get on parole, SC, you haffi commit a crime.
also, you can get locked up (in this country) when you are given an order by a judge and you don't follow it.

personally, she shoulda get 1 year rehab judgement.

dem gi har bout a year fi go do drug and alcohol class and she keep miss har class. but if u watch di tabs u see seh she is a pawty animal and jetsetter but she cyaan go class? bout she do everyting dem tell har and tried to balance work and di class dem. yeah right.

i seh lack up har baxide

but i like di kid and hope she get di help she need and come back clean and strong.

Dorian Holley is an American musician, backing singer and vocal coach. Holley began his professional career as an on-stage backing vocalist for international entertainer Michael Jackson during the Bad World Tour in 1987. The series of concerts had him perform to millions of people throughout the world, including British royalty. From there, Holley went on to travel with Jackson for all of his subsequent world tours.
