Dis trend is disturbing.

Four Contractors got hired right around the same time last yr by the same Contracting firm. Me included in the 4. Last November one guy was let go (lang story)..They replaced him with this lady ..She quit a month after… One other Guy left this past February (im neva come back afta di Snow starm ) and now Today one more got let go (langa story pan im ). So fram all a wi wey start di sed time a mi wan lef.



In case mi MIA a few days fram now .. Mi dey a wan asylum unu here.. mi hear sey dem give free housing and provide free bickle a dem place dey.

Mi noh know where dem going Kia.. 2 of them I mentioned got fired. A guess dem vocalize dem displeasure wid dem bosses and dat is enough fi dem fi sen yuh packing. Dem did surprise but cyan sey I was.

The others left because they hate working for the contract firm. I echo that sentiment.. Dem a some meanas an noh know how fi relate to dem employees. I considered leaving but my boss asked me to stay and hold off until the contract with them expires. They want me on board. If they didn't approach mi ..mi wouda gone arredi. But den again nutten noh guarantee..
