15-Y-O STABS 91-Y-O TO DEATH? - Teen allegedly caught in bed with woman's great-granddaughter

A 15-year-old boy has been taken into police custody, following the stabbing death of a 91-year-old woman in Shooter's Hill in Seven Miles, Bull Bay, St Andrew, recently.

Information reaching THE STAR indicate that the elderly woman was attacked, stabbed and chopped after she caught the teen in a compromising position with her five-year-old great-granddaughter.

Police told THE STAR that on the day in question, the elderly woman entered her house and saw the infant in a compromising position with the 15-year-old boy on a bed in a room. Police said upon seeing her great-grandmother, the girl sprung from the bed and went to hide under it.

The elderly woman police said, allegedly threatened the infant that she was going to inform her father about the incident.

It is understood that later that day, the elderly woman was attacked and stabbing several times and chopped in her head. She later died.

Following investigations, the detectives the Kingston Eastern Division took the teen into custody.

Up to late yesterday, he had not been charged the police said.

Respect, shame and disgrace are things the youth has no sensitivity about.
What dem teaching the young or what dem leaving upon de young to teach demselves is the product of dis yout`s actions.
And it happens over and over again from Morant Point to Negril.

I hope this was bad reporting and the elderly woman did not threaten the 5 year old about informing about the incident instead of going after the 15 yr old molester.

Same thing jumped out at me- that she chastised the &quot;infant&quot; (5 year old) and seem to have said nothing to the boy. Dis sound like foolishness and dis is why mi nuh read di star period. Even mi &quot;children's own&quot; newspaper did a better job at reporting/writing articles.
