dat blue gown juss did look cheap...too much sparkle an cut out not to mention it clash wid har skin....no total look...u see di gown n u see har...dem juss neva meld...n is wich flood she did a expek pon di stage a Vegas..dat deh designer neva know seh Vegas is a desert
..dem muss stop dress di dancehall r kip up wid di changes...flash is out..at least dat much flash

to me she looks african descent...but mixed with something;( most 'hispanics' have african ancestry in their makeup depending on the country)
of course african notions of beauty have been brainwashed out of the people and only european standards remain...
anyway africans very diverse and don't have any one particular physical feature feature which every single one shares..
even though the pageant beauty queen look is very standard, predictable & boring;
their motto- africans need not apply;
come to think of it i don't see many east asian 'miss universes' either...

Yendi Phillipps (born September 8, 1985) is the winner of the Miss Jamaica World 2007 beauty pageant. <span style="font-weight: bold">She is of black and partial Indo-Jamaican descent. </span>She credits her mother, who died when she was younger for her Confidence and Drive and dedicated her win to her. She represented Jamaica at the Miss World 2007 contest held in Sanya, China on December 1.
She holds a bachelor's degree of fine arts with a concentration in dance from the State University of New York at Brockport and a Master's degree in Recreation and Leisure Management. She attended St. Andrew High School for Girls in Kingston, Jamaica. Phillipps previously hosted Digicel Rising Stars.

She was 1st runner-up in Miss World Beach Beauty and a finalist in the Miss World Sports, Miss World Talent, Miss World Top Model and the Beauty With A Purpose Award. btw, watched dat movie wid di black guy marrying di mexican chick..it was hilarious fi di truisms bout di cross culture racism...an the chick America wateva who played di Mexican chick was a perfect choice..she had a pug nose, obvious black lips etc ...di ongle ting was si naturally straight hair n who fi know if she no perm out some curls outta dat
