i hate to quote myself but i do want to call attention to the vid posted here. he's not the only theoretical physicist to squeak out something about aliens of late, Mr. Hawking recently made quite a stir as well.
Kaku states at the end that few of us think twice about learning how to send electromagnetic bursts at ants to let them know we are here, for example.
I mean it's entertaining, and plausible....if nothing else. </div></div>
notice he stopped short of saying he believes this confirms that there is life out there...
he just says this book is as close as you can get to a "smoking gun"...
so there is no "smoking gun" as far as i or the general population knows of...
