Well. he might NOT be going to jail as such...looks like the insanity plea will be used...news just reported that he was taken to BELLEVUE psych hospital, and that marines he was with in Afghanistan 'said' he showed no signs that he couldn't handle the experience...just as I thought, he went NUTS when he saw how rough the reality IS.
