question about life insurance

if you're married to someone, is the beneficiary of their insurance policy and you pay to have them killed, can you still collect?

this is in the case where the murder was actually convicted of the offence. thanks a bunch.

No you cannot!!

Typically in the case of life insurance settlement, you would need to be designated as the beneficiary and there would need to be <span style="font-weight: bold">no suspicion </span>that you were at all responsible for, or connected to his/her death.

<span style="font-weight: bold">In most cases</span> the insurance company will wait for a conviction in the case before allowing any settlement to be paid. ....as until that time, more names and connections may appear.
