Those of you who voted Obama and looked forward to change and hope?

Saw an episode of Boondocks last night and remembered the euphoria of getting this virtually unknown black man elected as president of a mostly white country....then the characters in the end began to realize that not much has changed since then...

no...i don't feel cheated. I can deal with incremental change...did not expect miracles. I just wonder what that Bush guy would have done to solve the financial crisis....and fix the economy. Obama was handed an economy in a shambles and a country at war....i have no complaints with how he's handling things.

What I think was Barack’s definition (or intent) of Change has no resemblance to REALITY.

Im tink sey since he is a cool calm guy who everyone loves …post racial yaadi yaah ..People in Washington (Reps and Dems) would sing Kumbayaa and work with him in earnest. Mi coulda tell im sey Hell havi Freeze iva fuss before that happen. I won't knock him for trying..BUT when is he going to face reality and MOVE ON!


Then he had a few things to get past to effect major Legislative change and he annihilate di whole a dem a spend his politcal capital a look fren fram wan an 2 Republicans. Presidents before him got things done (good or bad) by kicking some royal @ss instead of them getting kicked around.. Barack is just the opposite. He had good intentions… but IMO his approach and strategy Sucks!

Oh .. an when Novemba come when dem get dem behine whooped in the election ..he needs to CLEAN HOUSE ..Rahm Emanuel especially

Didn’t we all know they’d give the presidency to a black man only when things were really truly down in the bottom of the toilet?

What I find amaizing is the stupidity of the Yankee people across the board What do they expect from this guy after 2 short years?....The repuglicans took 8 years to ruin the economy and now they are going to send back a bunch of repuglicans to DC to do what?....... it's not like they have any plans to fix the problems...I have not heard one republican come up with any plan to fix the economy but yet this dumb a$s people are going to reward them with the majority in both houses .......Yankee people give your heads a shake...idiots

While it took George W Bush only 1 year to take a surplus and create a deficit, it will take the current POTUS more than 2 years to undo what has been done in 8.

the bottom line to create a paradigm shift that the US needs to rebuild an economy is not going to happen quickly.

This administration has some di weakest messaging I have seen in politics. Sensible people like some of us know the real deal but you have to send clear “message” to the other few who noh have a drap a sense.
