Great idea in principle but the love of money will always trump government regulations.These support structures will be dealt to the black market, never to be seen again!

They have a system That does that when the material If seller is suspicious.
I am nit too familiar with the system involved there.
But I know It involves certain types if metals.
The difference in Jamaica is that the buyers are less experienced than those in mass.
And the dealers actually work closely with the police when usually artifacts are stolen.
They usually find pitiful sold This s dealer.
