Dumped baby may have been sexually assaulted - police

THE Denham Town Police are now treating as murder the death of an unidentified male baby, believed to be about three months old, whose body was found in a gully at the Mother White Bridge on Spanish Town Road, Kingston 11 yesterday.
According to reports from the Denham Town Police, the body was discovered in the gully about 7:10 am. An immediate post mortem was ordered, the results of which indicate that foul play may have been at work in the infant’s death. It also revealed that child may have been sexually assaulted.
The Denham Town CIB is investigating.
