I dont want to distract from that post, but the thread reminded me of another discussion.

If genes can possibly affect tastes, habits, tendencies or behaivor - it may also potentially affect the capacity for violent or anti-social behaivor.

interesting when you say affecting violent or anti-social behaviour. I have a half-sister in jamaica and I acted the same way she did when I was a kid. My granmere that raised me believed in licks with that wooden spoon and as soon as I got away from her after the licks I would literally wreck her car or wreck something for her, even though I knew it would be more licks. Now my sis in jamaica who I only met when I was eighteen was the same way, she would get a licking and as soon as she got away she would fling stones and break all the windows out. btw we have changed now or curtailed our behaviour.

We both do not get into a verbal cussing with anyone we would just more or less wreck something for you or beat the crap out of you. Like I said we have both changed as adults or keep it under wraps

NO!!! no way...
Just because someones been Violent doesnt always meck that that the youth will be violent too. DNA when shared can mean similarites ... but by no means carbon copies.

I have worked with Many Many! clients who actually pocess some of the Most loving &amp; best Parenting /Mentoring skills I come across. Why? -
Simply because they were once the children of Violent and Abusive Parents. who grew into adults where by harsh experience learned &quot; How Not to Repeat a bad cycle&quot;

There are times when people learn a positive lesson born out of the impact of other peoples Negative behaviour. This is a valuable lesson finger pointers need to appreciate

Should we strerlise people that want to sterlise other people? where does this train of thought end?

True, but the justice system is based on the assumption of a confirmed truth. If we follow that line, then it negates any harsh punishment for crime, from heavy fines to long jail terms and even executions.

Then again, that is <span style="font-weight: bold">not</span> what this thread is about - its about eugenics.
