Yes. But it's not on a scale that it could have been considering the ammount of people involved. Look how many countries Yugoslavia divide inna. Imagine how many countries you could make out of India if them all catch the independence flu and start bomb each other to achieve it.

part of the reason why its not on a larger scale is because of the massive amount of poverty in india, so many people just trying to eke out a living, dem no ha time fi war.
