very true.......when i applied to migrate to canada 4 years ago, there was no exclusions on what degree or diploma you had but, just 2 years ago they put only 37 or 34 professions on the list eligible to migrate and now a year later its like only 23 professions are eligible to migrate............good thing i made a quick decision coz a year later and i would have been told to forget it

i can see y Canada getting choosey...dem welfare system coupled wid dem letting een everybody who seh dem is refugee sheggin dem up...if dem no put high earning people fi mek money fi dem tax dem going to fawt....afta all if u mek minimum wage here in some pawts of Canada u mekking 15k a year n wid one chicken costing 10 dolla mi no see how dat go

refugees per se is not the problem..the type of refugee is..if u not coming to work y come...who going to support u if u no ha no family here r the family u have already on the dole...

even England, the new PM is belatedly saying dat dem cannot continue the generational dole...even the US came to dat

is one ting to emigrate n work at someting but dang, it would seem dat more of oonoo citizens live abroad dan live here...hence oonoo having the cost of bringin dem 'home' everytime tings get shaky in the miggle east

u cannot support a dole if u tax base is non existent...or barely surviving demself
